Returns Policy

Our policy is to issue a refund for qualifying merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

How to Return

Start A Return

When you click Start A Return, follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label. We will issue a refund, less $7.95 return delivery, to your original form of payment. To ensure your return is processed and refunded quickly, please include your unused items and the original packing slip with the reason for return form on the back of the slip fully completed.

No refunds will be given for returned Final Sale or Clearance items.

If you have any further questions or experience difficulty retrieving your pre-paid return label, please contact our Customer Service Center.

As a convenience to our customers, you may also return your order to any Van Heusen/IZOD Company Store. Any brand purchased from VanHeusen.com, IZOD.com, or styleBureau.com, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Eagle can be returned to any of our Van Heusen/IZOD Company Stores. Returns will not be accepted at Calvin Klein or Tommy Hilfiger stores. In order for our stores to properly process your online order you must present your packing slip.

If PayPal was used for payment, all purchases must be returned by mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept PayPal returns at our Van Heusen/IZOD Company Store locations.

Credit

  • Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
  • Credit for the merchandise returned less a $7.95 return delivery fee will be credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Upon completion of the return, you will receive an email notification.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must return the original item and place a new order. We suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure that item is in stock. You may also visit a Van Heusen/IZOD Company store where we can assist you with a return or finding another size. Incorrect Item, Color Or Size

If we shipped you the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return delivery fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return charges. Before you call, please have your order number available and be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received.
